LFW Day FOUR : Mark Fast

After quite a while queuing I got in to Mark Fast.

It seemed to be the hot ticket of the day with everyone wanting to be there. I wound up sitting on the floor on the front row. Whist Nicola Roberts had to stand up...

There were lots of cut away panels in geometric shapes.

Very long fringing. I wonder how the models didn't get tangled. I did see a bit that had fallen off on to the catwalk.

Short short skirts.

Lots of sparkles. In fact so much sparkle it should have been hideous. However the gems were all very chunky and really worked. Therefore, beautiful.

According to the press release the collection is based on "...an exotic land full of majestic birds, butterflies and colourful alligators... and acid rain destroyed the aquifer and washed away the pigments from the feathers and skin of the birds and animals.."
